After two years of development, the Horizon debuts Moondrop’s newly designed ULT (Ultra-Linear Technology) dynamic driver. With enhanced dynamic range and extended frequency response, this driver pushes the limits of what dynamic headphones can achieve.

FEA-Optimized Composite Magnet Circuit

Utilizing a dual N55 NdFeB magnet array and Comsol-based finite element simulation, the Horizon reaches a peak magnetic flux density of 1.85T. This allows for significantly improved efficiency, lower distortion, and precise linearity across the frequency band.

Titanium-Plated Composite Diaphragm

The diaphragm features a titanium-plated PEN dome with a dual-layer liquid silica gel suspension. This innovative material blend provides ideal rigidity, damping, and stroke length, enabling accurate transients and powerful, natural bass.

Angled Driver for Natural Soundstage

The Horizon’s angled driver placement ensures auricle coupling with high transmission efficiency. By projecting sound from the front oblique position, it creates a broader and more immersive soundstage while maintaining tonal accuracy.
